You will be staying in the former rectory of the Collegiate Church of Saints Martino and Costanzo (1631), a unique home where Tuscany is felt in every detail: aged stone, exposed beams, and architectural features that preserve the village’s memory. On the façade, you can also see the inscription placed in 1821 by Canon Paolo Nannotti, a small but meaningful sign of the property’s long history. The interiors are furnished with a simple, refined taste, with restored and repurposed pieces that make each space warm, authentic, and welcoming.

The apartment is arranged over two levels: on the lower floor you’ll find a spacious living area with lounge and kitchen, featuring a built-in masonry barbecue, plus a charming stone cellar, ideal for storing local wines and cured meats. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a splendid bathtub framed by a brick arch and embellished with elegant glass mosaic tiles, perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring villages and hills.
